A New Jessey man, Mr Meza, 35 made away with a cryptocurrency investor’s digital wallet after he lured him into a minivan where he had an accomplice. He then had his victim at gunpoint and asked him to release his password according to prosecutors. After this password was given to Mr Meza, he got into his Ethereum wallet and transferred 1.8M which got into his account the next day according to Manhattan DA, Cy Vance Jr. A CCTV video also showed Mr Meza leaving his victims house earlier with a box believed to be the victim’s digital wallet.
