Sushi planet, an Australian sushi restaurant rolls out a cryptocurrency-themed menu which features the names of some highly popular figures within the cryptocurrency space.
So whats on the menu?
Sushi lovers around Sushi Planet’s locations at Adelaide and Modbury can now enjoy Nakamoto Nagiri or Lightning Topped Rolls with a second layer of toppings.
Other options on the menu include a taste of 21 different rolls to honour the 21 million bitcoins that can be mined and that will ever exist. If this menu appeals to you, then if you visit the restaurant, just ask them for the Satoshi Sushi Set.
In total, it is said that the restaurant offers a total of 6 crypto-themed menus from which crypto lovers and the general public can choose from.
The owner of the restaurant, Michael Li believes that by creating a menu for cryptocurrencies, he will be able to gain from the rising popularity of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
It is also exciting to know that the restaurant also accepts Bitcoin, meaning any traveller from any part of the world can eat there without going through the hassle of converting their money to the local Australian dollars.
Australia is generally crypto friendly with many businesses now accepting cryptocurrencies, thanks to Prime Minister Scott Morrison who is aiming for a more crypto friendly Austria.
However, Australia is not the only country that has been showing a rather positive outlook on cryptocurrencies, Malaysia just this week regulated some exchanges in the country which has already started seeing an increase in cryptocurrency adoption within the country.
What are your thoughts on this new cryptocurrency-themed menu? Will this help increase awareness and educate the population on cryptocurrencies?
